I am currenly in the final negotiation stages of signing the contract with the hotel.

What I need from you all today is NOT a difinitive yes or no but a "best guesstimate".


Based on these facts that the convention will be held July 15-17 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel ($69.00 a night) in Dallas, Texas. I need to know the following.


1.  Do you plan on coming to convention.

2.  Are you planning on staying at the convention hotel.

3.  How many nights will you be staying.

4.  How many people will be in your "party".

I am trying to get an estimate of the number of rooms we will consume and a preliminary head count for the banquet and meeting.

This information will be used as leverage  to get us "freebies" from the hotel.  This will save O.U.C.H. and ultimately its members a lot of money.

Thank you for your speedy cooperation.
