Mom won't leave dad. So I go at night and mom sleeps in a recliner chair and I watch Dad. Dad sleeps for a hour and awake a hour. I can't see that they are doing much for Dad at the hospital. They tried to drain his lungs but he won't be still so they are afraid they will puncure the lung . Now they beat him on the back every few hours. He was able to talk some this morning. We are all more worried about my Mother right now than we are Dad. I sleep from 6pm till 10 pm and then go to the hospital I get back home at 4am and get a few more hours sleep before JD gets up.
No good news no bad news everything just the same I guess. I got so many emails and PMs I just don't have time to answer right now.
Thanks for all the good wishes and prayers it means a great deal to me. Reading my email and PM help and I will get around to answering them all.

You're a great daughter Elaine...i'm sure it makes a world of a difference for them to have you there.

Remember to rest though and take care of you...you have lots going on and you need your strength.

Thanks all. Things are the same here. Dad is still in the hospital. They are giving him Lasix(sp) trying to get the fluid off his lungs. He is talking more now. Before he was to tired to even talk. Mom seems better she has gotten sleep. I am tired but I will get some sleep this week end.
