Title: I kicked the BF to the curb Post by rickyshot on Feb 17th, 2005, 7:55am :( :'( :'(I am the biggest loser in the world. I have been "fooled" by my bf of nine years. Oh there were flags but we push them to the back of our head. I have always had terrrible luck with men and it must be me picking fixer uppers. I found out the BF not only is seeing another women but she also has a child by him. It is a very long story but suffice to say that I am finished with him and am in shock. I do not miss him. I am 50 years old and really had it with men. Sorry guys. I have not seen too many decent ones not only personally but in all the people I meet and know. I know there are a lot of shameful females out there so why can't these fucked up people end up with each other instead of always picking out decent people and ruining their lives. I have had enough. |

And I know 9 years is a long time and you're going to hurt, but it will get better with each passing day. Hang in there...keep your head up high and don't look back. Langa |

Title: Re: I kicked the BF to the curb Post by Redd715 on Feb 17th, 2005, 8:59am I'm very familiar with the situation of being the "last to know" so to speak. Please try to keep faith that your heart will heal in time. I've found that love can come in so many forms, but the most important is to love yourself and to not beat yourself up when things like this happen. People do sometimes let us down, we even faulter ourselves from time to time. But through it all we will be ok if we hold ourselves with enough esteem to know that no matter what happens to us, it's more about how we view the situation rather than the situation itself. I'm so sorry you were betrayed that way. But you will mend in time, and learn that you can trust again. I recall my grandmother remarried at the young age of 76 years old. There is hope...always. Remember...he is the jerk and there is nothing that you did that justified or caused his actions. I'm sending you "get over him quick" vibes. love, nani |

I am glad that you stood by with what you decided. :) One of my best friends returned to the loser she was seeing... too scared to be on her own, I suppose. That's not good either. :( Sometimes I think that love is just an illusionary constriction created by our minds. Then I recall that the thing called karma excists... ;) Maybe those fucked up people will eventually find each other! ;;D |

Title: Re: I kicked the BF to the curb Post by sandie99 on Feb 17th, 2005, 12:32pm Here's what one celeb fella thinks about men and women: Nick Carter bleated more obviously: "'Cause men are men. We're dirty. We're nasty. We're guys. Women are the epitome of beauty." ;;D So there you have it, Ricky, you're epitome of beauty! |

Title: Re: I kicked the BF to the curb Post by rickyshot on Feb 18th, 2005, 7:44am Thanks for all your kind words and messages. I feel very relieved, not heartbroken. I am just dumbfounded how duplicate a person can be. This was an amoral, sociapathic person believe me. And God did me a big favor by opening up my eyes without question. |
