I had quite a wake up call this morning... A kip 9! :'(

I've had those before, of course I have, but never as the first thing in the morning. Not a great experience I can tell you that. :(

Huh... I'm better now, down to kip 3. Luckily my flatmates had to wake up really early... otherwise all that banging against the wall would have given them a rude awakening! ;;D

Sorry about the cruel awakening...waking up to a high level cluster is the worst thing ever...For me, not much works at that point, except maybe 02.

Actually, when we move back to Finland, which we will do eventually, I really would like to have a comprehensive list of the medical terminology used there for CH. I'm sure you can relate, Frank, having lived in a non-English speaking, non-Indo-European environment. It can be quite a challenge.

It must be going around.I've been dealing with shadows for a week or so,then at 3:00am this morning I woke up with a killer.02 didn't give me much relief,so I just rode it out.Had to work and haven't been to sleep since the deamon struck.Still feel like I've got a deep bruise inside my head.Hope tonight is better for you and everybody else.PF days and nights to all. :-*David
