Title: Re: Flavor graveyard Post by Frank_W on Feb 12th, 2005, 10:47am I once wrote a letter to Ben & Jerry and suggested that they have a hamburger flavored ice cream. It would be a vanilla base, with real pieces of ground beef, lettuce, onion, and pickle in it. They never wrote me back, the bastards. The idea would have made them MILLIONS!! Oh well... Title: Re: Flavor graveyard Post by taraann on Feb 12th, 2005, 10:52am Ever been to the Ben and Jerry's factory in Vermont? Well I have, a week vacation with a very exciting boyfriend resulted in the capitol building, ben and jerrys, a cheese factory, and a cow farm. Sounds like a school field trip don't it? That relationship was a blast, man I miss those fast times ::) P.S. the free samples at B&J's were the highlight I must admit ;) |

Title: Re: Flavor graveyard Post by Langa on Feb 12th, 2005, 10:56am Sandie, some sushi restaurants have "red bean ice cream"... :-[ I tried it and was't thrilled...then I tried the green tea ice cream...that was good, but then I love green tea... Most of the time...I'll take plain ol' strawberry. Langa P.S.: Frank, I have no idea why they rejected your idea... [smiley=laugh.gif] |

I used to... But I quit eating anything with sugar last summer. But I still have my favourites, such as B&J's New York Super Fudge Chunk... ;;D I haven't tasted that exciting flavors... I once ate licorice-orange ice cream and that was discusting! I know one can buy garlic ice cream at annual Garlic Fair, but I've never been there. I would like to see what the people who taste THAT flavor look like afterwards... ;;D |
