Hi everyone - I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas Holiday session and are pain free and back to reality and hard work [smiley=laugh.gif]

It's good to be back and online.

I just had to share this with you guys - have been pain free since last year, 15 November. It feels wonderful... I'm back to being normal with my original personality! I'm sure you all can relate to this as the 'beast' definitely changes a person - emotionally and physically [smiley=huh.gif]

I'm off all medications and ready to start a new and bright year ;;D

Of cause the 'beast' will be back sometime - my cycle is usually once a year, although I am really going to try to keep it away for this whole year.. Back to gym, sticking to a healthy and stable diet and doing away with unnecessary clutter and stress in life ...I know I might be acting a little over obtimistic but I'm giving it a go.

Anyhow - a very Happy New Year to you all and wishing you all a pain free year :D

Glad you're back with this kind of news. One thing:

Never count on the beast returning. It's depressing and a horrible waste of time. Here's hoping I'm right.
