To Whom It May Concern,

Dear Whom,

Be it known that, as of this time and date, I have lodged a Patent Application in regard to the condition known as Cluster Headache and, as sole PATENTEE, I am the only person who may henceforth continue to practise same.

All others are to immediately CEASE and DESIST or they are committing an OFFENCE and will be PROSECUTED within the full extent of the law.

This is the only warning that will be issued and all sufferers are advised to return to good health IMMEDIATELY and remain as such.

All future episodes and cycles enjoyed by any person other than the Patentee will be considered a BREACH of Patent and Copyright and will be treated as such by Law.

Note that the PATENT applies globally, galactically and universally, and includes all houses of Parliament and even Congress.

Even though a few here can likely demonstrate prior art, I doubt they will fight you for it.

Yeh

But it's a good point Aussie Brian. I wouldn't like you really to be the only one in the world with CH, I'd like us all to be cured but equally I would love to patent the real CH symptoms and stop people misusing the patent. ;;D

You all know me for the cantankerous old cow that I am and you all know my pet hobby horse when I have the time (sorry folks, have lapsed here a bit as life has been a bit mean to me recently) is pointing people towards other headache conditions which actually DO fit their symptoms (basic I know but the bloody doctors aren't doing it as it seems they have "discovered" CH and now everyone with more than one headache has it!)

Hands up how many of you privately rant about the number of people now being diagnosed with CH who don't in a million years actually have it and are taking drugs they don't need to.

So we patent CH and sue every doctor who misdiagnoses when they should know better
