Do you ever have those days when you wish people would just leave you the f*ck alone.  I swear to God, some one could give a million dollars today, and I'd probably tell them to go get stuffed.  I am so damn cranky right now.  Just wondering how often the rest of you get like this and no wise ass comments about monthly shit either.

The only times I have EVER felt that way, is when I used to have problems with depression.  The anger would well up inside me and I didn't want anyone to talk to me, let alone look in my direction.  Fortunately it has been a very long time since I felt that way.  I have been off medication for it for 3 yrs now, and the days when I feel myself getting close, I take an extended release B12 vitamin and drink some chamomile tea.  It has taken an extreme amount of work, but I can control it now.

Yes Thomas.  I get EXACTLY  like that.  Size doesn't matter in this as someone pointeds out as I am only 5'1" but I can do a lot of damage if I wanted to.

I choose not to,  and when I want to jump out of my skin in anger I take a power walk if you will.  Don't give a damn where...or how cold it is...just walk FAST   til it subsides.
Getting home is always a bitch, but it's worth it, cause no one has to go to the hospital and all my belongings aren't on the floor shattered.

  You'll find your outlet Thomas.  Keep looking.

Well, I used to get that way, but not so much anymore, except when I am in cycle and haven't had a good nights sleep in days.
When I didn't take antidepresants I was a holly terror sometimes.
