I met another clusterhead lst night. Jimi was coming right through town with his wife, Ruthie, and they stopped and spent the night. I met them, and we talkd for a bit, then went out for a couple of drinks, and talked some more.

Jimi and Ruthie are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. Although I joke around with Jimi to no end in the chatroom, he's a really nice guy, and understands everything. I think even though most CH'ers have supporters, as CH'ers, we are great supporters too. Ruthie also understands CH very well. Funny how you try to explain to people about it, and they don't get it. That was just one subject we discussed.

We had fun, and I'm really glad they stopped here. Of course, the ex-cop had to warn me after I had two drinks, about driving home.
::) But, otherwise, he was ok... ;;D

Jim and Ruthie, I hope you have a safe trip home, and if you are ever in Peoria again, look me up! You are welcome anytime. I was very sorry to have to leave. I wish we could have spent more time together. I love you both. [smiley=hug.gif]

Why?

Because I take all the court mandated DWI clients for 16 week education sessions and for these services you pay big time.

No, sorry Brooms, I walked out the door without my camera, and didn't remember it until I got there. And Jimi forgot his too. Must be a CH thing... crap. ::)

Well we made it back safe and sound. We had to run up to Iowa City, Iowa to Ruth's step-mothers funeral and drove partway back afterward and met Chris.
What a class lady, she even paid for the drinks! My kinda woman. I wish we could have stayed and talked longer too, but we were worn out.
We got to the motel around 7 pm. I called PD and told her the room and she said she would be right there. Ruth said, I can't believe she would come to a motel room to meet peeps she had never met. I told her, clusterheads are never strangers and you just......know.....that you can trust them!
We had a great time. I just hate we had no camera. I was looking pretty good! ;;D
