If you can disarm a nuke with a paper clip fight off killers with a ball point pen without getting yourself and others killed in the process all this and more in under an hour without messing up your hair.....YOU HAVE GOT TO BE COOL!!! [smiley=cool2.gif]

He can do cool sh!t with simple items, so the guys think he's cool, plus he's kinda cute, so the chicks like him too.

What u saying Thomas?  Did you know that the producers spent a ton of money researching all his stunts to make sure they actually worked.

Did the producers really check out all his tricks?  That makes the show even cooler.

While working construction in Chicago, I once was flagging traffic and had to stop cars on Franklin street down town.

As I was standing there waiting for the signal to let them go, I realized I was looking right at Mr.T. When he relized I recognized him, he hung his head out of the car and talked to me for a couple of minutes.

Nice guy.

Damn I'm an idiot.  Why in the world did I think it was Courtney Thorne Smith?  Is it just me or do they look alike?  Sorry Rock...thanks.

Maybe I will change my user name to MacGyver...It sounds cooler than clarence.

I haven't seen much of McGyver. I suppose now that he's on cable, I'll have to tune in. I'm just catching up on the Nero Wolfe series. It's great.

My favorite is Monk though. I love this thing.

Do you see a pattern here? They are full of dialog rather than action; like old movies.

Almost as cool as Mac - Quantum Leap.  That was a wicked show.  What ever happened to Scott Bakula?  Isn't he on some Star Trek spin off now?

Quantum Leap was on all day today on SciFi and they were in order...yes Scott Bakula is now on a star trek program...it is called Enterprise, it is supposed to be before Capt. Kirk way before. They have a chick on there who is Vulcan she is a hotty also. As for Mary Ann she was a hotty also....but Teryl Rothery from Star Gate still....http://www.scifi.com/stargate/cast/img/char_fraiser.jpg

She's rather deliciously trashy!

And Amanda Tapping...whew!

Stargate SG-1 is the best Sci-Fi on TV since Buffy said an awkward farwell.

I must disagree on the sci/fi thing...

(I can't believe I am about to say this...)

The new "Battlestar Galactica" is too fucking cool! Blows away the ultra-cheesy 70's original, and Starbuck as a woman... she is one tough bitch!

http://www.nixflix.com/battlestar/photos/bio_starbuck.jpg
(She'd be one hell of a dominatrix)  ;;D

My new show is "Medium" with Patricia Arquette. That show ROCKS!

Peace,
CD

24 is on in 5 minutes.  Great show.  Haven't seen Battlestar Galactica.  I saw Medium, but it conflicts with either 24 or Alias or something.

Speaking of, what about Alias.  Anyone like Jenifer Garner?

I was as big a SF fan as anyone here, I bet. I was into hard SF, not sci-fi. (real fans know what that means) I'm probably the only one in the world that doesn't watch the new series on Sci-Fi. I can't get into it. Too bad probably.

I like some of the silly older stuff though. Time travel is a favorite. I liked the movie: Time and Again with Christopher Reeve....a chick film as they say.... 8)

The new Galactica mini-series indeed rocked.  It is best on DVD, without interruptions.

Have yet to see the new Galactica series.

Agreed Hirv... SG-1 is consistently good.
