Well, I just thought I'd let you all know that I still haven't had a cigarette in 2005!!!!! Wasn't sure if I could do it, but, I think I did it!! Thank you to the Dav con group for the encouragement while I was there as that was the real speed bump I was worried about. Working out is great without all that wheezing [smiley=laugh.gif]
