What a shame that dealing with this horror has this kind of effect. It would be nice if some of the MDs and other medical types were aware that CH becomes a center of existence for so many that anniversaries are noted.

Whatever she said, atleast the emoticon part.  And a big "Es tut mir wirklich leid" for all those in pain.

I guess I'm somewhere around my 12th anniversary of being episodic.  Looks like Zazi has Ueli beat - not that they are in competition.  One day at a time.

Holy crap....6 years. :o I don't know how chronics manage. I just started this cycle a week ago, and I'm already "pulling what is left of my hair out".

Here's to having a LAST toast for that anniversary.

No, I wasn't translating that part - I meant I am also somewhere around my 12th anniversary, though I am episodic - mine started when I was in graduate school and staying up all night - 1993 I think, but I didn't know what it was and didn't keep track of it for a few years.  

Sorry if I wasn't clear.  I was just adding my sympathies.

Sorry to hear of your 6th year anniversary, but I can relate. Next month is the 7th anniversary for me going chronic. The shit ain't right indeed.
