As i've been MIA, some of you may remember that I was scheduled to get married.

Well luckily the Drs. let me fly in order to actually be there.

What lovely photos :) the bridesmaids dresses are gorgeous... it looks like you had two sets one in red and one in gold or have I mistaken that? Really beautiful. I love your dress too with all the embroidery. Was that an ice sculpture too? What an amazing pic and I love the final one of your two hands with the sparkle off the rings.. that was wonderful! Thanks for letting us see!

no the bridesmaids are all in red, the gold dresses were his family. they're hindu so i had them dress in traditional hindu clothing so my family coud see it.

yes that was an ice sculpture, came complimentary from the hotel.

He actually enjoyed everything more than I do. I just wanted to sneak off to the penthouse and go to sleep.

WOW.... You look so beautiful, April… you both were very nice… my congratulations!!! I hope yr. marriage can be happy as mine (he still bears me after 6 years of marriage [smiley=headbanger.gif]) and that your love lasts forever… :-*

Looks like it was a lovely wedding! :)
Your dress was beautiful! And the flower bucket, too. And the red dresses the bridesmaids had...loved it! I wish we could have ice sculptures at Finnish weddings but I don't that's possible. Yours was so great.
