Title: Magickally Delicious Post by PrettyH8Machine on Jan 28th, 2005, 3:06pm I am getting ready to do round one of the alternative cluster treatment tonight. Back in 2001 I did this and it whacked the CH down from 5-10 a day to 1 or 2 a week. I actually had my life back for a few months, and it felt oh so good too. Also been doing Trex detox for the last few days and I noticed that my Ch tapered a bit, which leads me to believe I have been going through Trex rebounds. But what's a fool to do when confronted by the beast? I am prepared for tonights journey. I have my Rush, Pink Floyd and Radiohead discs by the stereo, and plan to watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail to top the night off. Crossdressing my fingers and hoping this works, Wish me luck! I never have tried the Dark Side of the Moon combo, but have heard it is pretty wild. Just got done watching the Holy Grail (timeless classic!) Had to watch a couple of episodes of the old 70's sitcom "Soap" too. I just got a burned copy of the 1st season on DVD and for those who missed this show in the 70's - check it out. It is a total RIOT!!! It was very cutting edge for its time. Mellowing out to "Days Of Future Passed" right now. It's been a good evening. Shadowed kind of hard for awhile, and was afraid I'd go into an attack during the trip. I hope I get some good sleep tonight. Wish me luck. CD |

But one weekend we read the movie titles wrong and it was a movie about CHILDBIRTH !!!! Holy crap.....let me outa here !!!!!! Used to go to the midnight movies too in anuther town....most were homemade movies.....wow......talk about FUNNY !! Then they had a Charlie Chann marithon I went to one nite and was so high I laughed myself crazy.....I couldn't stop.....I was hysterical !!! I think it was the Three Stooges too that nite combo. The good ole days really rocked Pam I wanna go back there................................ |

Slept for 4 hours until waking up with a raging 2 hour kip 10 in which I wanted to dunk my head in boiling water but didn't. Often hits come a few days later and are weak and short. Sometimes they hit harder than usual right after dosing. Sometimes the Beast gets off its regular routine and hits at odd times and varying levels. But after a second or third dose or so, all this fades away to pain free for most. The key thing is not to panic and resrt to triptans, as taking the trex even days after dosing seems to interfere. Some find the Beast will fade away after a single dose, given time. Just happened to me - back around New Year's I got stuck with just enough for one treatment. Had to endure a few more mild hits than I wanted, but now I'm down to a brief Kip 2 every other day or so. -tommyD |

After coming out of the hit at 2pm yesterday, I didn't get hit again until 5:30 this morning while at my cousins house. This one was routine - slept an hour, woke up with a 7-8 for an hour and have shadowed heavy since. At least I went over 15 hours without an attack. Ever seen the movie "The Life of David Gale." I felt like the chick who was handcuffed and couldn't get free since she swallowed the key, knowing I have Trex and trying to resist the urge to use it (made for a hell week!!!) I figure I should be able to do round two of the therapy on wednesday and the final round on tuesday. God I hope this works to break the beast back to 1 or 2 hits a week like in '01. That sucks, but I can live with that over several hits a day. I know one movie NOT to watch during the treatment. "The Butterfly Effect." I watched it at my cousins last night and it is one fucked up movie! I love twisted movies like that! Instead, trying to get a copy of the Wizard of Oz. *Have to add. The fact I slept for 4 hours straight yesterday before waking up with the beast was unusual. I never get longer than 2 hours before the first sleep hit. I usually have to fight between hits for amounts of sleep. Peace, CD |

I stuck a piece under the tongue about 2 hrs. ago and also hit the oxygen tank. Kept it about a 6 or 7 this time Waiting till tomorrow night to try round 2 of shrooms. The first time I was off everything except lithium. Tues. will be 5 days for 5 day detox of lith. Hope it helps. By the way guys I think you start the album right after the 3rd lion roar on the metro goldwyn intro. That is where i have always watched it. You can download it from kazaa lite, already synchronized with the album. |
