Title: Y'all SURE do talk a lot. lol Post by Linda_Howell on Jan 24th, 2005, 4:34pm I'm gone for 2 weeks... trying to find a place where it's above minus 5 degrees and I come back only to find I have to go back 8 to 9 pages to catch up with everyone. WHEW! DJ moves the message board around. :-/ There are 2,500 newcomers. :-/ Liz gets stranded in Iowa. :'( Cat is enroute to Canada in a snowstorm. :o Pittsburgh Joe is a hottie. ;) Someone wants us to know about pepper-spray up the nose...again! ::) I did learn something while I was gone though....BOB G does exist.!!!!!!!!!! While in sin city, we met for breakfast. All these years I thought he didn't exist. He does, and he's a hell of a nice guy too. Nice to be back on-line again...I was having withdrawals big time. But there certainly are a lot of names that weren't here 2 weeks ago. I missed all of you that were there in Davenport too. Thought about you guys a lot. It "went" fine. We did a lot of talking in the 3,200 miles we put in...Butt still hurts from all the sitting. I THINK we're going to be o.k. but if not...I'll be fine. I've decided that. We drove through a real snowstorm in Idaho. Gambled all of 5 dollars in Las Vegas, 72 degrees in Los Angeles, Drove Hwy. 101 all the way up the coast and stopped for wine-tasting in Napa, and just had a great time. Loe you all. Linda |
