I want to say Im sorry for being away for awhile. I took the advice from my family and took a break. I had gotten to the point where my headaches where all I talked about and thinked about. Dwelling on the most nightmarish parts of ones life is not a good thing. I needed to clear my head and just forget about them for awhile. I just want you all to know that even though I was gone, all of you where in my prayers. This is still my internet family. I wish everyone the best.

Glad you got the benefit from your break Allen, I hope things are a little better for you now...oh and its good to have you back!!!

Welcome back, Allen. I'm so glad you got a break. Dwelling on this condition is something we all have to be careful of...even us chronics. It's just not a good place for our minds to be. May your PF time last forever!!! nani

WB Allen and I hope when you drop in you are mostly doing it for the company and other nonsense rather than fighting the beast.
