Carrie, The boat is a one of a kind 65 foot schooner rig. we had a crew of about 16. I've been on or around the water all my life and sailing since before I could walk. I do more deep sea fishing than sailing now but still race when ever I get a chance. Hillbilly, We gotta get our boys together. My oldest son is 15 6'2" and about 200 with the best hands I've ever seen. Loves football and basketball but the only organized football here is a brand new flag league. He learned to play with me on the beach. Theres nothing better than tackle football on the beach. Its awesome to see all you guys to put a face to the name. |

Post by toolong on Jan 30th, 2005, 7:43am Sitting at work a week ago today.I was dealing with some shadows and the normal tearing and stuffy nose.I guess kinda wondering the old "why me"crap.Then the thought of all the people on this board came to mind.Different personalities for sure but just wondering what everybody really looked like.Never thought I would receive a response like I did.It's hard for someone to explain how you can post all your problems on a site like this to strangers and get some comfort from people with no faces.Well now we know that people with CH are real people.And some do look like Paris Hilton and Brad Pitt.Thanks to everybody that participated.Great site! ;;DDavid |
