I told him about this numb tingly feeling that would start in my chest and spread to my face and arms, and was like a heavy blanket. It is a very strange feeling. I get that alot after a kip7-10. He told me that it was the body going into shock from being exposed to that much pain. It will start mid way through a CH attack and linger for awhile afterwards. I did not have a "rendez-vous" with the beast!!. That is really good for me. I did wake up a few times, though, and had a couple of weird dreams. But no CH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
