Hey guys...anyone else getting personaly emailed by

Hello.............I'm new here but a vet in the CH department! A friend told me recently to drink Gatoraid when I feel one coming. I tried it and it works for me!! Gatoraid now sits on my kithen counter.........ready! It has stopped a large number of headaches for me. I am doctor diagnosed with CH. It hasn't worked 100%, but, anything to bust that pain about 80% of the time is well worth it.

Ummmmm, I believe that he said that he is "Doctor diagnosed with CH" - meaning he was diagnosed by a doctor.......

Many people get relief from slamming down various liquids - for some it's ice cold - for others it's a pot of coffee.

I doubt that he's trying to sell you Gatoraid

I noticed that but put it down to the American way of spelling - you know all those words that you leave the "u" out of - like colour and honour - you know! ;;D

I agree with Marc here - ya never know. In fact, I think I've heard this before that someone got relief from gatoraid. Years ago. But it had something to do with electrolytes and the rehydration that resulted from balancing them.

No stranger than the grape juice and ginergale abortive. and, hey - that bleu cheese/vinegar did actually abort some attacks for Georgia awhile back.

No stone unturned. After all, didn't Flash get laughed at when he first brought us the shroom idea?

I agree, ya never know. I've tried some "weird" things in the past to abort my Ch's. (ex: standing on my head and putting cayenne pepper up my nose)

I think alot of ppl are afraid to post "unconventional" ideas and treatments here because most that do get "slammed". I know alot of members are just afraid or pissed about the "snakeoil" salesppl, which is understandable, but .... ya know.
