So I've become quite close to this lovely person from Maine. She has been a godsend and we have been talking and sharing for quite a few months now.......

Every year she and her family come down to NY to stay with very dear friends of hers....More like family...She calls them her other parents......

So I finally meet my dear friend Rori ( get it Lion sound lol) at these people's home on Long Island....They decide to take her children so we can go for a bite to eat and a cup of Cawfeeee......

So I'm schmoozing with Rori's "other" mom and I feel her staring at me and as we're BSing she asks me where I'm from and on and on.......Then she asks me my mother's name ...before I can answer She nails it....

This lady is my Step Father's first cousin....She is my family......She has been to family functions and my family to hers etc.

Small world!!

Two CHers from different states meet in the home of someone they both know.

WOW!!

Anywho.......We went on to have the same magical time that all "heads" have when they meet for the first time...That special feeling that only "WE" can undersatnd.

Figured I'd share.

That is so cool. You never know who you're going to meet, or who you already know.

it was definately amazing. I've posted more about it on another thread...."O2 from E2 a clusterbuddy story" cause I thought it was worthy of it's own space.:)
