There was a pic of a glass that had water mid way... they stole it back... the bummers.......

Half full - I just officially went $3300 in debt today and I couldn't be happier about it!!! Ask me in a few weeks when I am exhausted and at my wit's end and it may be half empty!

Depends on one's perception and level of thirst, and how much water is available to fill that glass again.

Depends Ree,

If I went to McDonalds drive-thru and was given a half a cup of coffee, I would definitely notice it was half empty. But if the coffee was midway in the cup and I had drank the half missing, I'd be glad to see it was still half full. Or if I spilled half my coffee and saved half, I'd be glad it was half full, anyway. But if I spilled the half a cup on my pants, I would be more aware of it being half empty now, very aware.

With water, if I was thirsty and someone handed me a half a glass of water, I would notice it being half empty, because I wanted more. But if I had drank the half that was missing and was still thirsty, I would be glad it was still half full. If I was thirsty and spilled half, I'd be glad it was half full. But if I spilled half a glass on my pants, the part of the glass that is half empty is very noticable, because now, if I needed to respond to remarks about my mother's skill at potty training me, I would point and say, "See that now half empty glass!"

For me, it varies. It seems the older I get though, the more often I see it as half full. Strange maybe.

Usually I'd say Half Empty. Depends on my mood I guess. Used to be very, actually overly optimistic, then went completely opposite, now working on somewhere in the middle ;;D

The fact that the bummers stole the pic back is what counts.

You stole it first, fair and square. They had no right to do that.

Then again, if you take a mouthful, swish it around a little, and then put it back in the glass, then the glass never goes empty, and that way, you can save it for someone else, and you always have enough water!
