Title: Great News... and a few observations.... Post by Tiannia on Jan 13th, 2005, 2:04pm Well got my mindset straightened out. Turned over all the negative shit that was putting me into a nasty ass depression. Well everything happens for a reason. I sent a resume on the 3rd (4 days after I got fired) and got a call on the 5th that they could not call me right away because the guy was sick. Anyway I met with him yesterday. The job is a new position for the company (hell you would think that it was written around my resume and exp.). Anyway by the time we where done talking I asked if he had any questions and he told me that the only reason I even had an interview was to make sure that my personality would fit in with everyone else. I fill out the paperwork today and schedule the drug test. I start on the 24th. A 7K a year raise (and that does not include bonuses). ;;D On a side note. The nasty gal that worked so hard to get me fired. Well I found out yesterday that she even told someone that she was "going to do everything in her power to make sure that I got fired from Alpha." Well she succeeded, but it worked out for the best for me. On top of that good news. My HA's have lessened. I actually had 3 whole days with no HA's. And since then have only had a heavy one about every other day. That is soo much better then 4+ K7+ everyday. I just had to share with you all. Thank you for your good thoughts and support. Thanks for the positive energy. This family is too important to those of us that need to know that we are not alone. CH brought us together. Life is hard enough without CH, but all of us are stronger because we have it. But that does not mean that we should have to stand alone. No one.... No one has the right to criticize anyone who is here. We are all different. Different ages, different races, religions, nationalities. All of that does not matter. What matters is that when the Beast feels like it is going to win, we KNOW that we have a place to come to, a shoulder to cry on, a voice to say "It will be ok. You got through it.", a post to vent on. We all need this place, that is why DJ made it. It was not made so that anyone to be more important than anyone else. Please think about what you are saying and if you would like it said to you before you send it across the board. All of us have bad days but how hard it is to just take a moment to think about that when you read a post, what type of day that person is having? Might they just be at a breaking point and need that safe place to vent? The same one that we have all needed from time to time. PF Wishes my friends, -Tia |
