Pending confirmation on the dates and a signed contract this information MAY be subject to changes Proposed dates: July 15, 16 and 17 2005...I am awaiting the fine print from the hotel to finalize the dates. The hotel is the Crown Plaza Hotel North Dallas-Addison The Rack Rates are normally $149.00 a night, however our rates will be only $69.00 a night ;;D DO NOT CALL TO SET YOUR RESERVATIONS YET details still need to be worked out...I will let you know A.S.A.P. when you can start calling.
