Part 2 of 2 is now up and running.
It's a long survey, 116 questions, but it's mostly multiple choice and there are no essay questions:

I promise to do it but can I wait til after Christmas please? Or is that too late, I just want to stay focused on happy things right now and when I talk about even my meds than I think about CH and this week I don't want to!!!

Actually we will be closing the survey alphabetically and "B" comes around quickly. ;;D

If you [collectively] don' t know what to get your favorite clusterhead(s) for Christmas...complete a survey (or two. they're cheap and different ones can be found at the clusterbusters homepage).....give them added hope for a brighter tomorrow.

Jean, the other 2 surveys are geared towards the alternative treatment, so if you've done it, please fill those out too. If not, don't bother.

Amazing how the quality of your life can improve when not in cycle, but still the results are important and please respond to the survey and thanks to Mast and Pink for being so persistent with this. Happy New year all,
