Thanks all,

Still in pain but going to get outside and get something done.

Have no choice but to live with this for now.

I afraid that these 8 hour CH's means a return to the hell of Cluster/Migraine syndrome which yes is worse than CH.

I was able to knock this mornings hit down to a 6 but it is still there. Always being the virge of dancing makes it even harder. It is a 4 now so I can try to get something done.

The vent is what I find myself saying during hits, It is burned into my brain, so I don't have to remember the words, they just run through my head.
