My Neuro would not release me to the Orthopedic surgeon...He has scheduled for me to go back to the hospital in the morning to have an injection in my sacroillac joint...i am in so much pain, I can barely think...Please say a prayer for me...i am out of work again now....smiles and lots of thanks to you all, nancyc

Lots of vibes and good thoughts for you Nancy! Make sure you teach those nurses all about being a good nurse for you! ;) What is it with nurses around here having both neuro and orthopedic problems? Sorry I haven't been up on reading posts lately, so I don't exactly know what is going on with you, but I'm playing pingpong ball between two orthopedic surgeons, a neurologist, and a neurosurgeon. Gotta love it!!

I believe that's what my doc sudgested I check into haveing done. I heard it can really help for as long as a month to several months if not longer depending on the person ect ect ect. Good luck....it may at least give ya some much needed relief for a while at least. Hope it works for ya and keep us posted....I am particular interested in how it went for you. Gives me the willies thinkin bout it tho. Just a tiny pin prickless Pam

Wow and for sure, that looks like a mean injection. Most of these folks are lucky to get the shot anywhere near the selected disc/vert. Sure hope your Injector graduated at the top of their class.......or at least in the top 80% or something.

back pain can be maddening. I can't imagine having that added to clusters.

Thank God, he pretty much knocked me out with versed and demerolfor the procedure..I am home now...the pain is still here but he says it may take several days towork....Please pray as I am out of work and have no sick days left...I am a nervous, painfilled wreck.. :).....Got to go take more pain pills and muscle relaxers..will keep in touch...i am on bedrest again. smiles,nancyc
