SHould be shoved into a room with each other and leave the rest of us alone.... :'(

Hell I bearly get rid of the bitch that went o another company (one of our clients) and tried to get me fied. And now the gal that they hired to work with her so that I dont work on thier projects... is just as backstabbing.

I found out that she completly lyed on her resume to get in here and knows dick about what we do. She said that she was in Land at a developer and in fact all she did was contract data input for them. And they fired her because she was causing moral issues and she was throughing people under the bus. And now I have been told that I HAVE to make sure that she is trained. I cant even say anything about what I now know because it would look bad on me.

Hell I found out that the place she used to work (on word from a gal that I work with (a client) called and offered me a job. She called them and told them that if they got a resume from me to not hire me cause I was fired from all my jobs.... Because she saw the gals name scribbled on a piece of paper on my desk from me checking my messages. This is driving me crazy.

Unfortunately this type of behavior is what passes for "playing the game" in business. You'll find it, to varying degrees, in all organizations.

While a case can be made that you are falling to their level, the best defense is a good offense. Learn how to play on that level and use it only when needed.

I refuse to let backstabbing little shits make my life hell on earth. I already have that covered with CH.

Tia,

I have worked in offices for years with women just like this...

Here is what works for me...

1. Keep your mouth shut and your eyes and ears open.

2. Do not go out of your way to nitpick everything she
does.

3. Pick and choose your battles wisely...given enough
rope she will hang herself.

4. Do your job and train her. If she is inadequate it will
show eventually.

and most importantly...remember this...

5. "That's Nice" is the finishing school recommended
word substitute for "Fuck You" :)

I know... I know. All I want to do it get through until my vacation on the 22nd, then I have 7 days to relax and not think about it. By then she is supposed to be on her own - That should allow her to show all by herself that she does not know her ass from a hole inthe ground.

I would give examples, but anyone out of civil eng. or home building would not get it. Got it just drives me crazy.

Take a deep breath and count to 100. Just trying not to laugh at her when she asks stupid stuff.
