Its about time all countries got together to stop this internet crap. At present its such a grey area because they can be in a different country to you and subject to different laws. Anything that crosses all boundaries ought to be subject to one set of rules and then hammered hard. If this was a local pharmacy we would picket it and I really can't see why something can't be done to stop it over the net.
