Well, I got home yesterday and guess what...

The new power supply sent to me by my computers manufacturer is DEAD.....AGAIN!!!!!

Soooooooo I am only going to be able to access the web during office hours (behind the boss' back of course ;) )

I am going to call them tonight and hopefully will be back on before the weekend....

Get yourself a UPS after you replace the power supply again.

If you have really badly fluctuating power, it can kill a decent power supply pretty quick. A UPS will keep the power at a constant level.

You may also want to get a heftier power supply. If you have a lot of stuff (multiple hard drives, multiple CD ROM drives, etc...) it will put a huge load on your power supply.

Stupid E-machine....WHY oh WHY did I EVER buy one.

Yep, it is the power supply...have to call them today and get a new one sent to me.

A UPS is my next step..although I am telling them I already have one so they will replace the one that burned out... ;)
