I am thinking maybe they knocked the first guy off, swapped em for the second guy as a puppet leader, and then came up with the story ;;D   I Keep looking to see if there is a difference in bone structure

There is the same discussion going on on a coeliac message board, they think he might have dematitis herpetiformis which is a reaction to wheat/gluten which brings on a nasty rash but he looks more fungal!
It doesn't look like the same bloke at all, his ears lips and hairline all look different to me but IF it is the same chap and if you want my professional (!) opinion he is sufering from a terminal case of buttfuckenuglyitis
