I hope you feel better soon. :-* Personally, all the commercialism this time of year gets me down. BTW Entomologists (insect scientists) use the term 'humbug'... say for example, you have collected an insect to mount, but you've been careless, and in mounting the insect the head falls off... so you take the head from another insect and glue it on... you then have a 'humbug'. We ALL have days like that (I should know) but theres always a better one around the corner. Post by Ree on Dec 7th, 2004, 2:22pm Ok today Im a little better not much...I was workin on it then a guy called from the Watertown Tab and wanted to ask me how I was going to deal with the holidays while my son was deployed.......How did he know???? I try to be up beat and since that "friend" told me I whine about problems I have tried to be strong. This month in Falluja is just about doin me in. YOU GUYS all made me laugh though and I know you are here. John D that pic looks like the guys on that Capital One commercial you know "Whats in your Wallet" LOL... and if you saw me lately those turtle eyes wouldn't be rolling Kevin M......... I'm aging rapidly. The fright of thinking I could go through another year of this is killing me. 2 Deployments is enough for one mother, for one family and for one little girl that doesnt know whether to be proud or ashamed that her brothers are soldiers. If they send Sean back for a second time I'll be ready for the straight jacket. Sometimes this country makes me proud and then there are times when I feel the support is nil........... Our Government??? oh please... Even the cabinet is empty... no pun intended....... But thanks ALL after my daycare kids leave today I am going to do something nice for myself.
