I heard about that women's Viagra invention. Great Stuff!!! Every woman should buy PLENTY! Screw Christmas, Christmas gifts (unless they happen to be year-long supplies of double-dose woman's Viagra), expensive dates to fancy restaurants... EVERYTHING!!! Why, you ask? Simple - Because all men want is a good screw and not to have to jump through flaming hoops onto red hot coals to get it done. No promises of future favors that we can't deliver on either. So yes, Women's Viagra is a better invention than the light bulb. Step aside Mr. Edison. |

OK, you're crazy. Look, women and men are not only plumbed differently, they're wired differently too (EXCEPTION: Look at Ann Coulter. I think she's a transvestite. I never get to see her stand up so I can see if she's got a bulge). So I find a lot of things women do crazy and women probably find a lot of things that men do crazy - because we aren't wired the same. And that usually works out perfectly - helps balance things out. But there's a wiring difference responsible for sexual desires lining up. Women seem to need a lot more impossible-to-predict combinations of subconscious shit to trigger a response (candles, jewelery, a properly placed sensitive compliment, a fire in the fireplace...) and that eventually leads to men simply giving up. Believe me. |

Title: Re: Good Morning America, today? Post by nani on Dec 2nd, 2004, 2:11pm Except for me.... did you read Opus' libido thread? Title: Re: Good Morning America, today? Post by marlin on Dec 2nd, 2004, 2:23pm Believe me, I've tried EVERYTHING IMAGINABLE. Can be marketed to men as a stress reducer, anxiety reducer and a happiness pill. Oh and by the way... How often I "get it" rarely depends on me. That's the entire point of this discussion. |

Title: Re: Good Morning America, today? Post by Renee on Dec 2nd, 2004, 8:09pm ;;DMarlin, Don't get your hopes too high. The "Viagra for Women" is a patch to be worn that contains....TESTOSTERONE! Ya might get it more often but she'll need to shave (her beard) first! ;;D ;;D Actually, doesn't look like the FDA is going to approve until better results are available plus the risk of blood clots increases when using the patch. As for the GMA feature story......my buddy is still at work (end of month in accounting) so I'll talk to him later tonight. |

Title: Re: Good Morning America, today? Post by marlin on Dec 2nd, 2004, 10:34pm Well, the advisory panel made a huge mistake. I would assume this panel is made up almost entirely of women. Of course they don't see the value in this monumental invention - A LIFE AND MARRIAGE SAVING MIRACLE DRUG. Shit, all those women probably share your opinion that their sex lives are plenty active already. They should try consulting sexual activity level experts -- MEN!!! I did read in the paper though that the study only showed on average an increase of 1 "encounter" / mo in the trials. What they didn't say was whether it turned any of these subjects into RAVING SEX MANIACS. But it did say that those that participated did show increased levels of arousal and more orgasms. Good news if you ask me. So then ladies, is that enough to sign up??? |

Figures, written by one Rita Rubin - This important news item should obviously have been assigned to a MAN to write. And this was a front pager! WTF is the FDA thinking this over for. It's a slam dunk!!!! No need for a long drawn out discussion about the merits of this WONDER DRUG! All you need to see is 4X MORE SEX. That's a no-brainer!!! Title: Re: Good Morning America, today? Post by marlin on Dec 3rd, 2004, 11:22am Worth noting... <<Meanwhile, a survey of 2,000 American women sponsored by Procter & Gamble and done by the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey found that one in three naturally menopausal women reported lackluster sex lives, but only one in 10 said it upset them.>> So ladies, what I was saying is TRUE. According to the women in this study, having a lackluster sex life is just fine - not a problem. Why bother asking them if their sex life is something that's even important - IT ISN'T. THAT'S MY POINT. LEAVE THIS DECISION UP TO THOSE THAT CARE!!!!!! |

Title: Re: Good Morning America, today? Post by nani on Dec 3rd, 2004, 11:30am FOR GOD'S SAKE...let it go....! BTW: is 3-5 times a week lackluster? I am not married, but I have had girlfriends of course, many girlfriends actually but only because I am now 35. I have never been a ladies man, I am not pretty enough. I am seeing someone but it is not serious. I do listen but I have always been a good listener, I enjoy her company as a matter of course. *I hear good things*. It sounds lame but I have been reading books about it for years and I learned alot from those, and I mean alot. If you are a meditator or are even slightly into meditation, I advise tantric, an amazing experience. Enough about that. I enjoy reading you ladies of this board for other reasons, you really are a pleasure to listen to. |

Title: Re: Good Morning America, today? Post by marlin on Dec 3rd, 2004, 9:48pm Alright ladies, I call a truce. It's clear that you girls don't have a sexuality or desire problem. O conceded that point a while ago. I don't have one either. I think the real problem why I don't get enough sex is because it hurts my partner(s) too much -- TOO MUCH MAN FOR THEM!!!!!! Hey, as good of an explanation as any LMFAO! |

Sounds like you got some good advice here, marlin. I don't think you can get any deeper without burying youself, hole's getting too deep to throw the dirt out anymore. It's obvious you like your problem. Too bad it's only you that you think about. Redd, I'm with you dear. It's all in the mind... |

Title: Re: Good Morning America, today? Post by minnie on Dec 4th, 2004, 12:41pm This is just a snippet of an article on the Intrinsa patch written DIEDTRA HENDERSON, AP Science Writer cardiologist, on the yahoo news page Panel member Dr. Steven Nissen, a Cleveland Clinic Foundation said he worried about exposing millions of American women to heart attack and stroke risks to gain a marginal increase in sexual satisfaction. Clinical trials showed that women who applied the patch to their abdomen twice weekly had one more "satisfying sexual event" per four weeks than did women given a placebo, according to the data presented to the advisory panel. Nissen said Procter & Gamble needs to study at least 5,000 women for several years to see if the testosterone patch unacceptably raises cardiovascular risk. Heart disease is already the No. 1 killer of American women -------------------------------------------------------------------- my only thoughts on the subject ...if you care enough about the woman to want a satisfying sex life then you need to worry about her health.NO ONE should be taking medicine that has a high chance of ending there lives pre-maturely.If theres no high risk fine but putting your life on the line risking a stroke or heart attack IMHO is not worth it.just my opinion. Minnie honey, no one is forcing you to apply the patch. Relax. I agree that testing is the appropriate thing to do. Just curious... Do you walk to work taking special care not to go anywhere near busy roads in fear of getting run over? Look, if it's safe and there's a demand for this MODERN DAY MIRACLE, I SAY ANYONE THAT WANTS IT SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET IT - PERIOD. I know if I could better enjoy sex with a simple and safe patch I would crawl over broken shards of glass on my hands and knees to get it. 8) |

Which brain? The right side or the left side? Oh, and thanks for watching out for my brain(s). It's very sensitive and I wouldn't want it to be endangered in any way. Far too precious of an item. Don't know what I'd do without it. Phew! I feel better now that I know my brain's safe and you're watching out for it.. |
