Kaisa-Tinúviel Chiana is five weeks old today. I thought I'd share a few more photos with my cluster family. These pictures were actually taken last night, on Thursday. There is nothing like holding my baby girl in my arms after a long day at work (14 hours yesterday...).

This last one was taken right before she took a hold of my tie. And the girl has the G.I. Joe Kung Fu Grip, let me tell you. :)

She's so cute!!!

Aren't kids great??? I am so happy to see a guy who enjoys fatherhood.

She will continue to be a beacon of light in your life. Don't let the light burn out.

Last night, I laid down on the floor on my stomach and my daughter climbed up on my back and fell asleep. I was in so much pain when I got up but it was a precious time knowing that my daughter loves and trusts me enough to just climb up there like that and go to sleep.

It was worth the pain in my neck when I got up.

Cute kid. I've got a daughter about to turn 8. My guess is you're gonna be lovin life once the kid's 3 or so, totally toilet trained and startin to get curious. Amazing how fast they progress and how precious they are when they're little.

Save your energy - and pray for a CH cure before the kid turns 14. All my friends have daughters a lot older than mine and without fail they've all managed to get into grinding battles with what were their sweet darling baby girls until the hormones went haywire...

Wait another month or two and then compare the photos from then to now. The changes are amazing. Enjoy each moment as it comes along. You wouldn't believe me if I told you how fast they grow up and go out in the world.

Our job is to give them roots so they can grow wings!

Aww Hirv, She is so gorgeous, my daughter Brid just saw the middle pic and said " Oh look mummy, she has pink teeth!" Very hard to keep a straight face I can tell you!

Ha bloody ha!! You wait until she gets hold of your hair!Brid was five weeks old when I had my long hair cut short 'cos I oculdn't stand the pain!

Dang, Hirv, you are making me want another one! Colin was so sweet at that age. Enjoy every second of the little grunts and moans and sweet sounds she makes when she is laying on your chest because in about 2-3 years the yelling and stomping will begin and so far it in our case it hasn't stopped.

Thank you for the great pics and yes she is beautiful, keep sending the pictures and give a kiss and hug from me. Our latest baby in the family is already 9 months old, time goes by so fast!

Hirv, break her of that bad habit she has ... EATING!!! If you don't she will not stay young and cute, and then she will turn into (horror of all horrors!) a FEMALE TEENAGER!!!! :o :o :o UUUUGGGHHHHH!!!!!!
