So Limey came up with a great scheme yesterday. I don't know if you guys saw it or not but on her post "Happiness is..." we started talking about losing weight. Well, she suggested a sponsored weight loss and donating all of the money to OUCH. Well, I have been on Weight Watchers for a little over 3 weeks now and have lost 12 lbs. So I got to thinking about it and it's not such a bad idea. I know there are a lot of people here who have the means to help with something like this. I would love to hear what everyone thinks. It would be a fantastic way to raise money for our family and it would be a great incentive to me to keep on the weight loss track and be healthy! Let me know what you guys think and how I could go about setting all this up, I'm gonna need help! I am complete computer spaz! Looking forward to some responses.

I think it's a good idea Karen. I would like to be part of it, however, given my track record for anything that requires willpower I know I couldn't raise much money. In fact, odds are good I'd end up owing my sponsors money! But I will give it very serious consideration...

You know that is true Helen! We are going to raise so much money - I have another 50-60 lbs to lose so I am expecting some serious cash to be raised. For those of you that responded to the thread yesterday about the study being done at Harvard you better be first on the list of sponsors as all the money raised will go to OUCH!

I have a question.

What do I get for my money?

I mean if me sending money keeps you losing the pounds, one day your going to be a hot piece off ass and im gonna be out a ton of cash.....what do I get?

I want at least oral or no go with my cash ;;D

Jonny....the best I can do is let you touch my oh-so hot ass when I get to Dallas next year. I have a husband that is 6'4" and about 250 lbs. and a very large diamond ring I have become oh so attached to. Not giving that up. [smiley=laugh.gif]
Don't fret about it Helen, we will "take care" of Jonny when we get to Dallas next year!
