i just found this site a few months and became a member this week! i have been able to communicate about this DEMON more in a week than the whole 13 years.i've had them. special thanks to d.j. for starting the site. thanks to you who have came up w/specific tips that i now use. 1) partial shots of imitrex. 2) water trick (have noticed a decrease in frequency and intensity.3) melatoni- started taking it a month ago for sleep. again frequency and intensity have changed. is that why (don't know) affraid to stop and find out. thanks to all for just being there!as a divorced man w/no children and no family where i live i now feel like i have some kind of social life again.

So we get to add another clusterhead to our family, well that is wonderful, not that you are a clusterhead, but that you found a bunch of great folks to hang out with.
