I think spanking should be part of every company's disciplinary procedure ;;D

Saw that on the news last night.

The employees said they were raised to believe they were guilty of everything (it didn't say if they were Chatholic or Jewish).
They thought they deserved the spankings for something they had done (or might do someday) and didn't want to lose their minimum wage job.

Police say one of the women reported that on Oct. 30, her fourth day on the job, Levengood called her "into the back room of the store" after she forgot to put a banana in a smoothie drink.

She said that as punishment Levengood "bent her over his knee and spanked her behind 20 times."
