Title: Wish me luck.. Post by Mark C on Nov 8th, 2004, 5:53pm I have been offered a new position within my company. I have mixed feelings about leaving my position because I have been there since this plant opened but thay are offering me CRS (Customer Service Rep) for ALCOA! THE Alcoa. My rough guess is I should make at least double my current salary plus 3% commision! We deliver 2 truck loads per day to the two plants here in Alcoa Tennessee.....the commission alone is more than I make now and 6 or even 7 digit cap-ex's are not uncommon! I am stunned..... I will meet with them tomorrow but I am very confident...hell they have not even posted the position, they are offering it to me first! Be careful what you pray for! Maybe all this hard work is finally paying off. Mark-the -nervous! |
