I've been trying to quit smoking for a while now.  They tell me that most people who are successful have tried many times.  I now qualify for this.  I'm usually only accountable to myself, and sometimes, I let me cheat.  I NEED YOU GUYS!!!  I believe that if I can convince myself that I owe it to YOU to quit, then I will.  Please send anything you got to help me through this, cuz most importantly, I owe it to myself to do it, just don't tell myself that, I'll go ahead and let myself think I'm doin it for you!!!  I'm starting at 3:00 am today.  Wish me luck!!!

I kicked my soft drink habit, you can kick your smoking habit.  8)

OK,...if you smoke we will find you.  We will hunt you like you need to be hunted.  W will punish you.  We will make you wish you never put on of those damn things in your mouth.  We may even sew your mouth shut. No pain killers, no anesthesia,.just a big thick needle and some thread.  We will show up where you work, where you play and where you relax.  We will picket and embarress you in front of your peers.  We will announce to everyone that you are weak, That you are self-destructive.  We will introduce you to children currently dying of second hand smoke exposure, and make you feel like an absolute crumb.

No we won't,
but we will pray for you to have the strength you need and we will be right here if you need support, GOOD LUCK,..BEAT THIS THING, YOU KNOW YOU ARE STRONGER THAN THIS ADDICTION, GO GIRL

Chuck is still a fella to my knowlege, and I believe his girlfriend kinda likes it that way.... ;)

I know it's a tough thing to do Cuck, but I know you can get this monkey off your back.  Just let us all know how it's going so we can kick your ass back in the right direction if need be.

You can do it.....especially if like me, your dentist will tell you that you stink. That put me over the top. It made up for the root canals.

Good luck and after a couple of weeks, you'll discover that you forgot to smoke one. It will be a little less automatic after a time.
