It is my pleasure to announce that C.H.A.T.S. beta testing will commence on Monday Nov. 8, 2004. I will have a new thread posted Monday morning containing instructions to obtain logins, links to a user manual, and the link to the beta version of C.H.A.T.S.

In reviewing the C.H.A.T.S. Overview thread, I realized there are questions/posts that I failed to answer. I will do so now, in short format.

One very important point was made by Lebowski_Dude concerning the data content and inclusionary/exclusionary criteria standards set for C.H.A.T.S.

At this point in time, we wish to include all persons properly diagnosed with Cluster Headaches. The diagnostic criteria will follow that of the IHS and found at http://www.clusterheadaches.org/ihs/Diagnostic%20Criteria.pdf.
Those persons experiencing migraines or other HA types in addition to CH/CPH are encouraged to participate.

We hope to have a good mix of chronic and epi sufferers as well as a variation of web browsers in running this beta-test. We are looking at a test period of Nov., 8 through Dec., 31, 2004. This will give us time for corrections and output program creation.

This has certainly evolved in rapid time. I for one am truely amazed.

Dan, you and the rest of the team that has worked so hard at putting this together have my graditude.

Have to admitt that C.H.A.T.S is THE lifelongdream of mine coming trough.Couls not have done this without Dan,Grant Zazi Paige and all those that have contribuded to this marvelous tool for us.

I need to give kudos where they are due.

Without the workaholic drive and dedication of Grant, we would not have been able to bring this system to fruition.

I extend my deepest gratitude to Grant, and thank him for a great 50th b-day present...C.H.A.T.S.

Kudos to Grant, Dan, Svenn and everyone else involved!
My hope, as I'm sure is shared by all involved in this project, is that this tool will be utilized widely by both the lay and professional communities.
