It's been a while since I've come home.
Really only need to when my brain is blown.
I do drop in to peek in the windows - now and then.
When I do, I'm reminded of where I have been.
Seeing that just makes me run.
Naturally, I'd rather be having fun.
But then the demon searches me out.
And when I'm found it makes me pout.
This causes me to run back home again.
To where I'm accepted, and always kin.
Although you are my family I really don't miss.
Knowing you're there, is my only bliss.
Saying I'm sorry need not be said.
We all come home when our head is bled.
So I'm here for hopefully a short stay.
Staying only on floors 6 to 7, I pray.

Sorry you had to come back and find us once again hun. May this cycle be short and fast moving and gone in a flash. Very nice poem BTW. Keep us posted dear on how your doing. Please, we worry round here.

So one day in the gloom, wayward Pete stumbled home,
FLung open the door and spouted his poem
Too Smart to lay down, Too lethargic to stand,
We found him in the corner with his head in his hands.
Your family is here, you feel them inside
So much more than just a place to be, when there's nowhere left to hide.
Welcome Home.
