I congratulate you on taking charge of your health. Quitting smoking is a very difficult thing to do. Making it public is a good step. You know you have many people here who will do what they can to support your efforts.

I quit smoking 10 years ago and the funny thing is, as much as I HATE my CH. It MADE me quit smoking. Cause it got to be every time I would light up my CH kicked in big time.And if that doesn't get you to stop nothing well!! Everyone says it helps theirs, but not mine. Coffee doesn't help me much either, I wish it would!!!

Good luck and aside from all the health benefits, not smoking makes life so much less complicated and the extra money is nice too.
