OK ive seen images here that have been up loaded, but cant figure out how and where to upload them. I have a fall color photo I would like to inlude on my postings...because it looks so tranquil and colorful and it takes my mind off day to day stuff...ie the hell i go thro'  so can someone please let me know how i can upload an image to inlude with my postings  like all the emoticons  ect.

You can't actually upload a picture to the message board.  You are just inserting a link to an existing online picture.   The picture has to already be online somewhere.  You copy the URL from that picture into your post, then highlight the URL and click the Image button above.  If you then hit preview, you can see whether the pic worked before you hit post.

to upload you can probably use a service like shutterfly (?) or flickr.  Then include the url from your photo on that site.

In other words, the pic must exist on the web, already. You simply use the little pic icon [fourth from the left bottom row] http://www.clusterheadaches.com/public_html/yabbimages/img.gif to get the ([img][/img]) tags and insert the URL for the image between the tags. Is that as clear as mothers' milk?
