Hi all,

Mynew neuro gave me a two injection sample of Imitrex. Maybe I'm numb, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the syrnges out of the container. I even asked my next door neighbor, and RN, and she souldn't figure it out either.... They're like in two connected blue tubes and I can see them inside, but just can't figure out how to get them out of there. HELP! I may need these soon - yeah, still getting these suckers in sunny FL.

Did they give you the auto injector too?

Hi Jim,

If you've got long and strong enough nails, you can pry them out with one of them. Mine usually aren't long enough, so I use a little pen knife that I put the tip of up under the edge of the glass vial and pry it out.

Not sure about you guys, but mine come with an auto injector which I insert over the vial inside the tube. I thien turn so that it connects, pull the whole thing out, inject, return to the tube, unscrew the vial, and replace the injector.

tweesers or fingernails work. Just get it out lol doesn't matter whatcha use just don't break it.

Can't you use the injector to get the vial out?

Jim,

Take a cruise. You always wind up PF, and they're a hell of a lot easier to figure out than these damned injector dilemma thingies you're trying to resolve.

Thanks everyone - packaging of just abut everythingdrives me crazy. Seems I spend half my life trying to open purchases!! DVD's are another pain in the ASS! LOL!
