It's a bad analogy jonny. She implies that reading the book about candy gave her a sugar rush, which gave her a headache, like the kind you get when you eat ice cream too fast. Being she didn't know the term for an ice cream headache, she used cluster headache for emphasis.

Yeah, they always kept the hose nearby for those who enjoyed the Tilt-A-Whirl ride most. ;;D One way to get rid of all that cotton candy and not get a sugar headache. Let's do it again!

Yeah, I had a mounds bar once and it was so good that I swear it gave me cancer and cerebral palsey once. That was some good stuff.
