I have gone 12 days without a major headache and 7 days since a shadow. Today I was determined to know if I was still in a cycle or not. I took one shot of whiskey and waited 15 minutes. Alcohol is a sure fire trigger for me. In a cycle even just smelling it sometimes triggers a headache for me. I had no pain what so ever from that one shot. Then I took 2 more and happy to say I was PF. That was an hour ago. I just want to say thank you and I love you all. I found this website at the beginning of this cycle and it has helped me a great deal, both in information about our rare disorder and finding people that understand what we're going through. Words cant discribe my appreciation. You all have become my online family and Im never going to leave ;;D. I pray for everyone here. I hope it helps. PFDAN to everyone.

Everyone here is so cool. I can't think of another place where one person can post good news and even though everyone else is still suffering, you can sense the genuine happiness regarding the news for that person. Even in normal friendships people get jealous and act out in some funny ways but not here. That's great to be a part of a group like that. Live as much life as you can in between and enjoy it!!!!! ;;D
