I am looking at the Nikon 8700 Coolpix 8 mp

The cheapest I can find is about $579 plus the $200 rebate

any suggestions out there?

I've been lurking around those sites for months, prices in europe are a lot higher.

My daughter bought a canon powershot A75 and is very pleased with it, very sharp pictures, lots of facilities, and not expensive.

What is the ~~Best~~ Worst digital camera for the $$$

My Fuji "Smoky" digital camera sale for 1 buck :o

My daughter used a 12 V DC power supply on it. :-/
(It works with 3 V)
