my set of brass balls.

I decided that enough was enough and that my boss WAS going to pay me and that I was NOT taking no for an answer.

Yesterday morning I arrived at work and asked my boss if she had enough money to pay my rent. She said No.
Soooooooooooo, I proceeded to pick up the phone book and look up the number for the local pawn shop, called them up and asked them how much I could get for her Compaq Presario Computer. ;;D She looked at me like I had lost my mind (which isn't TOO far from the truth) and asked me what I thought I was doing. I calmly replied that I was going to hock all of her computer equipment to pay the rent...since SHE didn't have the money.

Well, by the time I got home yesterday, she MIRACULOUSLY came up with enough money to pay the rent!

BUT WAIT!! It gets BETTER!!

As she was dropping me (and my rent money) off at home yesterday, Before I closed the car door I told her that she better be prepared to take me to buy a car tomorrow (today) or else I was never going to work and or speak to her again unless it was in a court in front of a judge.

Soooooooo, today I went and got my car!!! Hoooray!!!!!!

It isn't brand new but it is mine (and the loan companies)!!

I got a 2002 Chevy Cavalier Black Interior/Exterior with 39K miles and in EXCELLENT shape.

I am SOOOOO HAPPY TODAY!!!!!!!!!!

Just thought I would share the good news and say a big

THANK YOU!!! to all of my family here in Clusterville for keeping me going through these tough times. I love each and every one of you so very very much...

Now I am off to drive around for a little while....

...wonder if Autozone sells fuzzy dice?

But that STILL hasn't stopped me from Grinning!
