Im just curious... Do any of you play multiplayer games online... particularly First Person Shooter like Quake, Counter Strike, Rainbow Six, Halo, Ghost Recon, etc.

I'm a real fan of Urban Terror... a mod of Quake3... any of you play this game...

If I am not working I am typically gaming.

Right now into Enemy Territory. It is a completely free download. Lotsa fun. I am normally found on a 64 player server called 'South Bunker'.

Before that lived on Call of Duty.

And Battlefield 1942 before that... usually the Desert Combat mod.

And UT: TacOps before that.

And UT before that.

Looking forward to Battlefield 2 coming out.

I played a few time Ennemy Territory... Urban Terror is moving toward this engine... In fact, Urban Terror will be a free mod of ET soon...

Desert Combat... is a mod of Ghost Recon no???

I also got Battlefield 1942 but it's not install yet...

I play online games when I have time. The only one I play at the moment is Halo pc. I will probably be playing some Half-Life 2 as well as mods for it in a couple months when the game is finally released.

I play lots and lots of flight simulators. Jane's Combat Sim, Microsoft Combat Sim, and a couple of newer ones that allow you to fly all sorts of aircraft... Anything from a Sopwith Camel to an F-16 or a Cessna 172, very realistically...

Yep, Infocom software was an awesome stage in game history. Even though it was all text-based, I actually have memories of what places in zork and other infocom games looked like. There is something to be said for leaving things to the imagination. Great stuff!

You can choose from almost a hundred different servers to play on.
26 people per server.
