I am really sorry if I did hurt anyone's feeling's but last night I did go out to a dance and have a few drinks.

I did not know that it would just kill me in the ch department.

So on that note I came back here and it was really hard to look at my monitor but I was hurting so I thought that the best place for advice was to dial into my clusterbuddies.

What I did not know was that I was setting myself up for a pouncing.

Okay.  I'll pounce.  You did not do anything wrong Dave, General Cluster did - you just fell for the ole drinky poo cluster thang -- and you got tonz of company so take comfort and try not to feel like a geek :D  I'd bet my last pair of white cotton panties most of us here have done the same damn thing.  Congratulations feller, you just completed the "DON"T DRINK AND CLUSTER" course ;;D

Some of the teachers are meanies and some are softies - LOL - but they all deliver the message straight from the heart :)

I know for one, when I have  a dance with the beast. ANGER rises from within me. I start to get mad at everything, I also remember things I forgot to get mad about and stew on those.
So I am sure while you were posting during a Headache you were on angers edge anyway.
So I understand that. So if you are not getting a headache now....try to put the anger away and let us embrace and help you.
Why don't you tell us more about what meds you are on if any?
How long have you had these headaches?
How long do they last when they hit you?
Where on your face do you feel them.

Dave sorry to welcome you to the club.

There is some amazing advice to be had here, if you have ears for it.

     for about 15 years.

2    How long do they last when they hit you?

     usually for about 1 hour of extreme pain.


3    Where on your face do you feel them.
     
     I have them on the left side of my face,
     my eye, my sinus, my teeth.

Have you seen a doc/ neurologist?

Do you have any abortive medicine?

Wow....Hey Dave haven't been on alot lately...been busy..gettin ready to move and all that shit.
But I can tell ya one thing...no self-pity parties here...I learned that a long time ago....but I will tell you...(oh...by the way...my names Luke)...you have the best support and love that you will find anywhere in the world right in front of you...right now.
We will help you through this......because that's what we do.
I..for example am not in "cycle"...but I stay around because I love evryone here...and I need them even when I am in good health...they are my family...they always will be. If I hadn't come here after having these for 25 years..I might still not know what is my ailment...but since I've come..I now know what my condition is....how to get help...medical advice....even something so simple to me as Oxygen...which after I find out...is the only true thing that has helped me...and it's all because of CH.COM.
Dave......in short...we're here...we won't let ya go down....we have unconditional Love...you'll see...just stick around. Luke

Guess I don't remember this at the beginning.

Since I don't remember; Welcome to the madhouse and I hope you have found some good ideas.....there are a lot of them.  As for drinking,  I was one who did not have an alcohol trigger. That's not usual. Most, by far, have to stay away from the stuff when in cycle.

Tell us some specifics about what you have done for them.

I have to wonder if I posted to you before...God I'm old.
