Good luck to you with the headaches, Dave. I'm sure you will really like the Canadian site. The founder is one of our own. She's been a member here for about 5 years and implemented many great things here.

Yep, we're about 5 years old and have seen the same problems pop up over and over again. We are people (and their supporters) who have cluster headaches. We hurt. We're not always happy when we give sound and proven advice, only for it to be thrown to the wind and stamped on.

One of the first things we ask people to do is take the cluster quiz in the left margin. One clearly known fact is that when a ch sufferer is in cycle, alcohol usually will bring on a severe headache within a matter of a very few minutes. There are a few people who can drink while in cycle, but it is rare.

I hope that you do visit us from time to time as it would be nice to know how you are doing.

That's right: All Americans are stupid, ignorant, myopic a$$holes and only nice, intelligent, and well-informed people dwell in Canada. Can't you Americans get that through your thick skulls? ::)

Dave, it doesn't matter what site you go to, most clusterheads agree that alcohol is a major trigger and is best avoided while in cycle. Sorry, man. That's just the way it is.
